Please use the AWB number provided to track directly on the DHL or FedEx website.

Ensure your package is adequately secured. Use bubble wraps, packaging paper, loose fill packing peanuts and air pillows.

Tick the Insurance box on the form to obtain insurance for your package. Most carriers charge a fee of $30.00 plus 3% of the declared value.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are packed securely. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged package to ensure your claim is accepted.

Ideally, you would use a measuring tape to measure the dimensions. Ensure you provide us with the accurate measurements and weights for accurate billing.

Our system automatically processes the payment after the weight report is received from the carrier. Due to re-weighs at the destination depot this process may take up to 6 days.

The receiver pays for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery in INR. Should you wish to pay the duties and taxes please contact us to discuss your options.

Often the customs department may require an updated commercial invoice. Please download a copy here to complete.

WHAT happens if

Most likely, your Courier to India is misplaced while in transit. It is highly likely that it will appear back in to the system within 24 hours. If you are concerned, please call us on 0800 696 176 and we will assist.

If the recipient has noticed visible damage prior to accepting delivery, please do not accept delivery. Call us on 0800 696 176 and discuss the possible options.

There will be a $10.00 administration fee to change the airway bill and reissue you with a new one. This is to cover our costs and ensure we provide quality service to all our clients.

Give us a call to discuss your options. Under some circumstances, we may not be able to change the address/time and a futile pick up fee of $10.00 may be charged.

If an Airway Bill has been generated, a $10.00 admin fee will be applied. We cannot do much if shipment has been picked up since your package is in transit.

All freight carriers use the higher of Volumetric Weight or Dead Weight. In the unlikely event that your consignment is billed at a higher amount, an invoice will be issued which will have to be paid within 7 days.
